Creating Sheet Sets

Create a sheet set to contain all of the necessary layout drawings for a project

This reduces the time required to manage large numbers of project drawings

1. File - New Sheet Set

2. Existing Drawings



3. Specify a name, description, and location for the new sheet set


Store the sheet set data file in the top-level folder

4. Specify the folder and the drawings to be used in the sheet set


By default, all the drawings in the folder and the subfolders are selected

5. Adjust the Import Options as required



6. Preview the new sheet set


If the preview displays sheets or subsets that you do not want to included, click Back and clear the selection of subfolders and drawings, as required

Store the *.dst file and the sheet drawings in the same folder which is accessible by the users

Avoid using many layouts from the same drawing as separate sheets

Because only one user can access a drawing at a time
